39-years-old and still a runway darling; we're guessing it's because of her perfect pins. For toned, trim thighs like Campbell's, a weekly Pilates class is a great addition to your routine, but Browning suggests that you stay away from lunges and squats, and perform a few reps of ballet plies instead. Positioning is key; "Turn out your legs, and slightly bend your knees–but not so far as to overwork the quadriceps," advises Browning.
Now here's a girl who knows how to show off her best assets! To perk up your pecs, Browning suggests lateral pull-downs, seated rows, and one-arm rows with heavier weights, which will also strengthen your back. One quick post-workout reminder: "Be sure to stretch out your pectoral muscles to ensure that you'll maintain your beautiful bust for years to come," shares Browning.
Our definition of a supermodel: a woman who can strut down a catwalk a mere six weeks after giving birth to her fourth child. Talk about a comeback! "Klum has great voluptuous post-baby curves, yet she's nicely toned," says Browning. To tighten it all up, Browning suggests following her BrowningMethod. "The workout includes cardio and using upper body weights a minimum of 2-to-3 times per week." For detailed information on the BrowningMethod, visit BrowningMethod.com.
When donning a sexy dress, a flash of skin can be the perfect accessory. Singer/songwriter Keri Hilson clearly knows that. "She has a nice, strong flat back," says Browning. "She probably does a lot of upper body work, using heavier weights." When toning up your back, Browning offers one more piece of advice to avoid the dreaded big-bulky-back; "When lifting weights, keep correct form. Doing so makes it hard to build big muscles."
If you follow Kim Kardashian on Twitter (@KimKardashian), then you know that lately she's been incredibly serious about dropping a few extra pounds while keeping her womanly curves. "Kardashian has a great waist," says Browning. "To whittle your waist, know that you cannot spot reduce abs. You have to cut down on alcohol and excess protein to avoid bloating. And drinking lots of water and doing pilates-type exercises for the abdomen will create a lean washboard stomach."
Move over J. Lo and Beyoncé, there's another bootylicious babe turning heads in Hollywood! "Jessica has a great bum," remarks Browning. "Some women want their bottoms to be tiny, but a perky round derrière is sexy. Squats and lunges will help build your bum, and also try adding stretching and toning legwork into your routine to create a perky butt without too much mass."
The 'Material Girl' is a self-professed fitness fanatic, and her fantastic figure is proof of that. For a sexy set of shoulders like Madonna's, Browning suggests 12-to-15 repetitions of lifting lighter weights to minimize the chance of getting too bulky. "Be sure to focus on all shoulder areas—front, side, and rear in your exercises," adds Browning.
Ever since their first dance, the entire world has been in awe of the First Lady's gorgeous guns. To tone up your triceps, Browning suggests a set of bench dips. "Place your feet parallel on the floor with your knees bent, and place hands behind you on a bench with your fingers curled around the edge for support. Lower your upper body slowly by bending your upper arms. Raise & repeat."
